About the Accomodation
This is a 3 bedroomed (8 berth) ABI Horizon Static Caravan with secure full wrap around decking and private parking for up to 2 cars.
In the Kitchen you will find a Gas Oven and Grill, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Toaster, Kettle, Tassimo Coffee Machine, Air Fryer, Toasted Sandwich Maker, Blender.
Enough Crockery & Cutlery for 12 people, pots and pans, chopping boards, glasses, everything you would expect.
I also provide tea towels, oven gloves, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, tin foil, cling film, bin bags etc. You will also find a small supply of tea, coffee, long life milk, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil and a few spices.
The Lounge/Dining Area has wrap around seating, Table & Stools, 40" HDMI TV, DVD, Radio, Electric Fire, Storage Boxes/Pouffes, Coffee Tables, Table Lamps. A cupboard full of Games, Books, Jigsaws.
Under the seating at the front is a pull out Double Bed.
There are 3 Bedrooms - 1 Double and 2 twin bedded rooms all with bedside tables, table lamps, USB sockets, wardrobes with hangers. The double room has a hairdryer, clock, small set of drawers. All beds are made ready for your arrival.
The shower room has an extractor fan and heated towel rail, shower mat, wash basin, toilet. There is also another toilet with wash basin. I supply at least 1 toilet roll per toilet.
There is a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, dustpan and brush, mop, clothes airer in the boiler cupboard.
Outside you will find a 4 piece Rattan Furniture Set and breakfast bistro table and chairs. An outside store contains cushions, parasol, extra chairs, and a few games and a small paddling pool for either little people or dogs! There is a BBQ under the van but must only be used on the concrete, never on the decking.
